I'm running out of warehouse space, something has to go! I bought this several years ago and have used it only twice. I would rather not separate the two but for the right price, I would.
We'll welcome any inspections or phone calls from anyone.
I can't express how cool this rig is! The truck was purchased from the lead mechanic at Orlando Kenworth, it was his personal baby, look closely at all the detailed pictures, he spent a ton on goodies!!!
Here's the story on the rig.
A local timeshare seller thought it would be a good idea to set this unit up to look like a Nascar team, complete with a full awning to cover the entire right side or left if you choose, park it at sporting events, then invite people into the trailer to sell them timeshares. I don't think it worked as he planned but you can't knock the way he set these two up!
He left nothing undone, all new chrome EVERYTHING!!!! New matched paint, tires & wheels, interior goodies, etc. There is just WAY too much stuff to list, check out the pictures, take your time, there's alot to take in!
Now, here are the details on the two.

There are two huge undercarriage storage bays. the main forward bay is 8' wide by 11' long, and is accessible by two sets of double doors on either side of the trailer. the forward bay has access to the holding tanks and plumbing for the interior.
The rear bay is accessible by a set of double doors. and is 8 feet wide by 15 feet deep. This storage area has the breaker panel access.
The interior of the coach is accessible by two doors located on the passenger side of the trailer. The forward section of the trailer contains the kitchen area complete with a commercial refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink with disposal, and plenty of cabinets and storage space. At some point in it's life the trailer leaked rain water into the kitchen area from the awning bracket bolts not being sealed correctly and many of the cabinets are delaminated. They are certainly usable just not perfect looking. Several floor tiles are also loose from this issue. The trailer does NOT leak anymore, the brackets have been sealed!!!
Adjacent to the kitchen is the staircase that leads to the upper race deck platform. These stairs are 2'6" wide, this is a huge issue, it is VERY rare to have this type of setup. If you want to take food and drinks up to the roof (which by the way is completely constructed and supported to handle the load of 40 people!) it's no problem! Can you imagine trying that going up a ladder or spiral staircase?! The full length stainless railings on the roof will protect your guests from falling.
The main lounge area contains a 12 foot curved couch with storage drawers underneath. The table is a 6 foot by 2 foot oval which is removable. The radio has speakers throughout the whole trailer interior. Thermostat controls for the central heat and air are located in this area as well.
Going towards the rear of the trailer is a storage closet with a full set of drawers and cabinets. The drawers and the cabinets measure 3 feet wide by 2 feet deep. The open closet area is 3x3.
Next is the bathroom with sink.
The rear lounge area is an 8x8 area with another u shaped couch setup. This room has a tv/vcr combo as well as a small foldable desk area complete with phone jacks.
This trailer has the ability to hook up to shore power just like any motor home. It also has a 20 kw diesel generator to provide power when electricity is not available, it runs fine but does use oil, around 2 quarts per 24 hours of running. This generator can be started from both the kitchen area and the breaker panel in the rear storage area. It has two 50 gallon fuel tanks. 4611 hours on the meter.
I would really like to show the rig to you, please remember this baby is 17 years old, not new, it has been well cared for but is not perfect like it's replacement that costs over $500,000 or more!
