1978 Deere 444 loader with 4 in 1 bucket

This is an Ex Government machine. A Veterans Hospital has owned this since new and recently traded it in on a new machine. The hour meter shows 2354 and looks to be original. Currently the machine has a mechanical issue with either the transmission or differential. It feels like the diff. to me. It is not usable with this problem. Everything else works as designed. If you listen to the video below you can hear the noise.
