As you may know Komatsu acquired Dresser many years ago simply to gain access to their power shift transmission. In order to not alienate the International/Dresser customers they continue to produce machines which have similar model numbers and a twist on the name, from Dresser to Dressta! This machine is a 142 flywheel horsepower 32,866 lbs dozer with a 6 way blade, obviously a powershift 3 speed transmission and a unique two speed geared steering module that provides turns while maintaining full power to both tracks. Power is supplied through a torque converter and with the two speed module actually provides 6 speeds forward and reverse! The machine is located in our yard in Eustis, Fl.
