Caterpillar D333 Turbo Diesel Engine

Commonly used in the Cat D6C Crawler Dozer (I think), the D333 has a precombustion chamber with a single injection valve that allows use of a variety of fuels. It also has a reputation for running reliably almost forever. Strong components include the one-piece iron block, cylinder liners, stellite-faced valves with rotators and aluminum pistons with an integral cast iron band for the top ring.

As you can see this engine was COMPLETELY rebuilt for a Government contract, no exspense was spared when completed.

It comes with the skid it's sitting on too!
