We recently had this Class A 1989 40' Holiday Rambler diesel pusher coach serviced, and it's ready to go. The Cat 3208 diesel engine produces 250hp is strong and runs smooth. Transmission is an Allison automatic.The brakes are fine and the air pressure holds steady at 120 psi. It does have a slow leak in the rear leveling airbags, but they pump up fine and hold steady while the engine is running. Both roof mounted A/C units work but are not super cold.

The 6.5kw Onan generator starts great and runs smooth.

The tires are Michelin's with 90% tread life. They are size 9R22.5 and are mounted on Alcoa chrome rims size:22.5x7.5

This unit is loaded with lots of accessories. Mood lighting throughout, washer and dryer, plenty of storage space, new carpet, backup camera, remote controlled roof mounted spotlight,heated power mirrors, alarm system,power retractable steps.

The rear bedroom contains a queen size mattress along with an AM/FM stereo system and color tv for entertainment.

Separating the bedroom and the kitchen area is a large closet area and across the hall is the bathroom complete with shower.

The kitchen area includes a hot water dispenser, convection microwave, 4 burner propane stove, and seating for four.

The exterior windows all have retractable awnings for shade control.

There is a small dent on the right front panel in front of the tire.

All of the manuals and documents are included. The odometer reads 52,943 miles,but it has replaced. The actual miles are 75,000, and the original owner can confirm this.
