Detroit 371 diesel engine #2

This Detroit 371 diesel engine was rebuilt by the Navy and stored for future use. It has an idle range of 500-900 rpms.

Engine weight is approx 1500 lbs.

Engine dimensions are as follows:

Height: 35" from top of valve cover to bottom of oil pan.

Length: 36" Fan Belt housing to transmission housing.

Width is 22"

Due to the size of this engine all transportation arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer. I can however load this engine onto any truck or trailer. Please note that this engine is bolted to a shipping pallet.
